Low season: April 15 to December 14 - US$1225 a week (7 nights)
High season: December 15 to April 14 - US$1575 a week (7 nights)

Deposits will be returned only if cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival. However, any refund will be subject to a 10% service fee.
